Getting to Know You
We’re going to be together for a while, so let’s get to know each other. We want to earn your trust and feel confident that we understand your needs and that your project will be handled with care.

Our first conversation will involve listening intently to your vision for your home and
explore the possibilities and challenges that face your project. This allows us to work
with you to design plans that capture your dreams and work within your budget.

Designing Your Vision
Once we understand the full scope of your project, we discuss with you the options of our Design Agreement. The Design Agreement will develop a preliminary floor plan for your project which will enable us to project a budget estimate. At this point together, we evaluate any design or budget changes. We'll make those changes and adjust the estimate as needed. This process is how the final design is created. From the final design we can begin the process of material selections and narrow down the final price.

Creating Your Dream
With all the details in place, the final step is construction. The excitement level is high
at this point. It can also be the most stressful time for you. Our primary mission at this
time is to ease that stress by respecting your space, creating accurate work schedules,
sticking to the budget, and communicating with you throughout the process.
